The modernization of the port activity in Colombia and, in general, the American continent, has meant to our Firm a major professional challenge, taking into account our particular interest in the new approach on which it has been developing the port business and our clients’ needs which may arise from it. We have been pioneers and active participants in the design of insurance schemes for civil liability arising from port activities, and direct actors of the big claims that have emerged within the exercise of the port activities during the last years.
